A 60-year-old patient was transferred from the Nursing Home with a peculiar rash. He had schizoaffective disorder, for which he received many psychiatric medications. For several months, he had these disfiguring hypertrophic growths on both hands and feet, which he kept under the covers and did not show anyone these eruptions. He had no fevers or weight loss, no pulmonary, cardiac, or gastrointestinal issues, no pruritis, and no travel outside of the country.

His vital signs and physical exam were only remarkable for these hypertrophic growths on both feet and some fingers, as seen above.
